After having heard so much about the Happy Call Pan double sided pressure pan cooking appliances made in korea from friends and television advertisements, I finally decided to place an order for it.

My first attempt using it is to fry my favorite fried kway teow (literally"stir-fried ricecake strips / transliteration of the Chinese characters 炒粿條) with only one tablespoon of oil (Healthier food). While cooking there is no smoke other than the aroma of the kway teow and other ingredients wafting out of the pan, as there is a hole on the back of the heating circulation makes the cuisine more pervasive and widespread. The kway teow tasted so nice and not oily at all which is just great.

Using the PaN is very convenient, as it is very easy to wash clean. It is a non-stick pan having special ceratinum coating on the internal layer and ceramic costing on the external layer. Faster heat and heat evenly, because it is a very high heat pressure pan.
