Happycall Double Sided Pan (What I have cooked for my 2nd attempt)

I love to use Happycall Double Sided Pan!!!

I like all type of Chinese noodles, so my second attempt using the happycall double sided pan is to cook fried yifu mein (also called ee mian/ transliteration of the Chinese characters 炒伊府面). If you want to purchase, look for the fried noodles in dried form in plastic packages, the noodles are in light brown color just look like the mein in the photo. The noodles are crispy type and need to handle with care, as it can breakup easily. After it's cooked, the texture became slightly chewy and spongy as it's made from soda water, wheat flour and egg or lye-water.

As usual, I only used one tablespoon of oil to cook the yifu mein, because I like healthy foods with Less oil.. less sugar.. less salt.. There is no smoke but only the nice aroma smell of the yifu mein and other ingredients, as there is a hole on the back of the heating circulation. The noodles turned soften very fast and became chewy and spongy, as happycall double sided pan is a high heat pressure cooking pan. By the way, I only used low to medium flame to cook the noodles.

As I like healthy foods, I always like to create and find simple cooking methods.
I happened to find Paleo Cookbooks, which stated in their website that the recipes are 100% raw, natural and healthy ingredients with exciting flavors that will boost our enjoyment for eating truly healthy meals. It's simple and easy step by step cooking instructions. Will shared more about it in the near future.

I have also mentioned in my previous blog, using the happycall double sided pan is hassle free, I never had problem washing it.
