Pineapple Crush

Ingredient:

1/2 pineapple
1/2 lime
A pinch of salt
A sprig of mint
1 cherry

Syrup - boil together

75g sugar
1 cup water
1 pandan leaf


Method:

1.      Skin and grate the pineapple.
2.      Squeeze juice of lime.
3.      Add the lime juice to the grated pineapple.
4.      Add the salt, syrup and cold water (add the cold water depend on the sweetness level you desired).
5.      Chill and serve with sprig of mint, a cherry and crushed ice if desired.
