100g flour
1 tsp baking powder75g sugar
75g butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cocoa
Pinch of salt
60ml milk (optional)
Method:
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar till mixture is light and creamy.
- Beat egg and add to creamed misture gradually. Beat well.
- Add inflavouring and cocoa.
- Fold in flour and milk alternately using metal spoon.
- Fill cake cases with misture.
Temperature: 350 degree Celsius
Baking Time: Till Cooked
