Chocolate Cake

Ingredient:

100g flour
1 tsp baking powder
75g sugar
75g butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cocoa
Pinch of salt
60ml milk (optional)



Method:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Cream butter and sugar till mixture is light and creamy.
  3. Beat egg and add to creamed misture gradually. Beat well.
  4. Add inflavouring and cocoa.
  5. Fold in flour and milk alternately using metal spoon.
  6. Fill cake cases with misture.
(Use paper cases for patty tin)

Temperature: 350 degree Celsius
Baking Time: Till Cooked
