100g flour
50g butter
50g sugar
1/2 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp milk
- On the oven. Grease tin.
- Sift flour, backing powder.
- Rub butter into flour - till it looks like breadcrumbs.
- Add in sugar and coconut.
- Add in egg and vanilla essence.
- Add milk if mixture is too dry. Put in spoonfuls a tin.
- Put to bake.
Temperature: 180 degree Celsius
Baking Time: 15 - 20 minutes
