Cheese Crisps

Ingredient:

75g flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
25g margarine
40g cheese
1 egg
Water


Method:

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder & salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Rub in the fat and mix in three quartes of the grated cheese.
  3. Add half the beaten egg and enough water to mix into a dough. Turn on to a floured board and knead till smooth.
  4. Roll the dough out thinly. Cut with a circle cutter and put on a greesed tin.
  5. Pick with a fork and brush with beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle all crisps with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in a moderately hot oven.

Temperature: 300 degree Celsius
Baking Time: 10 - 12 minutes
