Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredient:
100g self raising flour
50g butter
50g peanut butter
50g castor sugar
1 egg yolk


Method:

  1. Cream butter and sugar till white.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter and cream.
  3. Pour in the beaten egg and stir in the sifted flour to make a fairly firm dough.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls.
  5. Place them well apart on a greased baking tray. Dip a fork in a little flour and press criss - cross lines on each ball.
  6. Bake in oven.

Temperature: 170 degree Celsius
Baking Time: 20 - 30 minutes
