Ingredient:
100g self raising flour
50g butter50g peanut butter
50g castor sugar
1 egg yolk
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar till white.
- Mix in the peanut butter and cream.
- Pour in the beaten egg and stir in the sifted flour to make a fairly firm dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls.
- Place them well apart on a greased baking tray. Dip a fork in a little flour and press criss - cross lines on each ball.
- Bake in oven.
Temperature: 170 degree Celsius
Baking Time: 20 - 30 minutes
